To make a return submit your return request HERE. Include your order number, item(s), and reason you wish to return.
1= Did not fit, 2= Did not like, 3= Incorrect item/size, 4= Other (please provide short explanation).
All requests will be responded to within 1 business day.
All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during transit. All shoes MUST be returned in the original shoe box and packaged durably. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached, NO EXCEPTIONS. If we find any defects on the merchandise, signs of wear or smell we reserve the right to not accept your return. 
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
  • All accessories including sunglasses, jewelry, hats and handbags
  • Body tape, breast petals, or pasties
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Lifestyle products
  • Items marked SALE
  • Bodysuits
  • Items with built in undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Holiday items
  • Lingerie
  • Worn items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
