I WANT TO EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER, HOW CAN I DO THAT?

Orders can only be canceled or edited if they are not in processing. Most orders begin processing within 3 hours of purchase. Please reach out to customer support HERE to see if your order can still be edited or canceled. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days unless you select Express at checkout. Express orders will ship same day if the order was placed before 12 PM EST.

MY ORDER WILL NOT PROCESS AND I KNOW I HAVE AVAILABLE FUNDS ON MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?

It is possible that you are providing two different addresses for the billing and shipping. Unfortunately, we only ship to the billing address that your bank has on file. You do have the option of paying via PayPal as long as your shipping to a confirmed address.
